Shipping policy

We offer free shipping Australia wide. We are located in Dubbo, Australia and ship worldwide using Australia Post. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery of items is subject to availability. We are committed to deliver your product within the minimum timeframe possible. Once the order is placed on our website, the product will be dispatched from our warehouse between 5 to 7 business days. Depending on the location within Australia, the normal delivery timeframe can be anywhere between 5 to 10 business days. All purchases come with the tracking number where you are able to track your item in real time. If you have any question, simply head to “Contact Us” page or email us via wowvious@gmail.com.

Wowvious is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail. Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped we will not be able to change the address.
